Frequently Asked Questions for nelson rigg quick release plate latch extension BS90 The grips are finished off Model:09-11 Softail Deluxe / Heritage
What should I do when product information is unclear or conflicting?
Compare the full context rather than isolated phrases from different pages. If uncertainty remains, compare an alternative with clearer information.
How can I find an order reference that I no longer have?
Check whether several similar purchases could be confused before selecting a record. Do not submit a fresh order solely to obtain a new reference.
What should I check if I cannot find an order confirmation?
Look for an order reference shown at the end of the purchase process. Do not treat an unsuccessful-looking page alone as proof that submission failed.
