Frequently Asked Questions for Collector - CD - Dolziger Str. 2 Affiches + Un polaroïd "au hasard 80
What should I check when changing marketing message preferences after a purchase?
Check preferences separately for another account only if it belongs to you. Ask which setting affects a specific unwanted category of messages.
What should I review before approving a customized order preview?
Check that the preview belongs to your exact order. Confirm any relevant timing after the final revision is accepted.
What should I review before closing an account that contains purchase records?
Do not assume closing an account automatically cancels existing orders. Check whether access to a purchased benefit depends on the account.
